Like many people who join us, Michal began by working on a temporary contract, where he had the chance to polish his skills and gain valuable experience on a variety of routes.

Over time, Michael has shown a relentless desire to develop. Thanks to his determination, he went through many stages of professional development until he reached the moment he had been working towards all this time - a stage C contract with one of our clients.

For us, a Stage C contract is a symbol of stability and certainty for the long term. It’s something we find worth celebrating. Michal is an example for other drivers, proving that continuous development brings success on the career path of a professional driver.

Evangelos and Michal are our talented drivers whose commitment to development is admirable. Recently both signed a direct contract with our client. After their hard work, dedication and necessary hours in their months at 24/7 drive, they grabbed this opportunity with both hands.

From the beginning, we knew that the hard work of Evangelos and Michal could not go unnoticed by our client. With great joy we surprised the two with a visit to hand over some gifts. For both drivers, this is the start of an exciting new professional adventure. They can now proudly call the Netherlands their new home and our partner their employer.

Moving to the Netherlands is not only a change of residence, it also opens a new door to a career as a professional driver. It means stability, new challenges and the opportunity to nurture a passion for driving on European roads. Raluca is a remarkable woman and actually the first female EU driver for our Son office. Her passion for the driving profession has helped her overcome any obstacles.

Raluca worked assiduously to improve her skills and gain experience on various routes. She was ready for the challenges that come with working behind the wheel of a truck.

Some time ago, Michael also signed a contract with one of our valued clients. It was a landmark moment in his driving career. He recently visited one of our Dutch offices, bringing with him a box of chocolates with the inscription ‘Dreamteam’.

This gesture was extremely appreciated by our entire team and brought smiles to their faces and new energy to keep finding the best jobs for our drivers.
