8. Shift supervisor – supervise shift workers, coordinate work, troubleshoot problems.
9. Maintenance technician (requires technical qualifications and certificates related to electrical engineering, mechanics or automation) – taking care of technical efficiency of machine and equipment, repairing breakdowns.
10. Machine operator (requires training in production machinery or machine safety certificates) – operation, maintenance and supervision of production machinery.

Who can work as a production worker in the Netherlands?
You do not need any special qualifications or experience to do simple production work. Depending on the production and food restrictions in force in the factory, temperatures range from 0°C to -25°C.
Importantly, hygiene and occupational safety must be strictly adhered to. Workers must be willing to learn and follow specific instructions for their workplaces.
Employees doing this type of work usually work two/three shifts. If you like a flexible schedule, shift work will suit you. It will allow you to get important errands done without taking time off and plan activities beyond the weekend.
